By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Teach Office LLC.

Teach Office LLC is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The TripRanger app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the TripRanger app won’t work properly or at all.

The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Teach Office LLC will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Teach Office LLC cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Teach Office LLC cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Teach Office LLC cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Teach Office LLC’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Teach Office LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Teach Office LLC does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Rights to Content

By using our services, you grant Teach Office LLC a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the user-generated content you submit or create on our platform. While you retain ownership, this license allows Teach Office LLC to exercise these rights for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional and marketing activities without the need for additional permissions or compensation.

User Generated Content Definition

User-generated content refers to any material, information, data, text, images, videos, audio, or other content created, submitted, or uploaded by users while using Teach Office LLC's services. This encompasses contributions made through features such as comments, posts, messages, profiles, and any other interactive elements provided by our platform.

Release of Harm Section

BY USING OUR APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

1. A.    THAT TEACH OFFICE LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR ANY TANGIBLE LOSSES AS WELL AS LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, LOSS OF REPUTATION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN WITHIN THE APP THAT WERE FOUND OR INSPIRED BY THE APP'S CONTENT OR FEATURES OR FROM TEACH OFFICE LLC’S USE OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT YOU SUBMIT OR CREATE ON OUR PLATFORM FOR PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING ACTIVITIES. USERS ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ACTIONS, AND TEACH OFFICE LLC DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO THE OUTCOMES OR CONSEQUENCES OF ACTIONS TAKEN WITHIN THE APP OR AS A RESULT OF WHAT WAS SEEN IN THE APP OR TEACH OFFICE LLC’S USE OF YOUR USER GENERATED CONTENT; AND
   
   
2. B.    THAT TEACH OFFICE LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR ANY TANGIBLE LOSSES AS WELL AS LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, LOSS OF REPUTATION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CHALLENGES, DARES, OR ANY OTHER ACTIONS INITIATED OR UNDERTAKEN BY YOU AS A RESULT OF USING OUR APP; AND
   
   
3. C.    TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD TEACH OFFICE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE POTENTIAL SOURCES OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPHS A. AND B., ABOVE, OR ELSEWHERE IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS INDEMNIFICATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INJURY, HARM, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION AND/OR TEACH OFFICE LLC’S PARTICIPATION IN SUCH ACTIVITIES. USERS EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME ALL ASSOCIATED RISKS, ABSOLVING TEACH OFFICE LLC FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY ACTIONS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPHS A. AND B., ABOVE.

Account Suspension and Content Removal

Teach Office LLC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict a user's account, as well as delete any associated content, without prior notice, if the user violates any of our code of conduct policies. This includes but is not limited to engaging in prohibited activities, creating content that violates our terms, or any behavior deemed harmful. Teach Office LLC holds the sole discretion to enforce these actions, and users acknowledge that such measures may be taken to maintain the integrity and safety of our platform. You waive all possible claims for liability which you contend are caused by such suspension, termination, or restriction of your account. 

Acceptable Code of Conduct

Users are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct while using our app. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account:

1. Authenticity: Provide accurate information about yourself and create only one account per person.
2. Respectful Behavior: Refrain from engaging in bullying, harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory or harmful behavior.
3. Content Standards: Do not post content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Safety: Avoid sharing personal information that could jeopardize your safety or the safety of others.
5. Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in unauthorized access to our app, distribution of spam, scraping of content, attempting to access non-public parts of our system, attacking our systems, or any activities that violate our terms of service.

By using our app, you agree to abide by these guidelines, promoting a positive and safe community for all users. Teach Office LLC reserves the right to enforce these standards and take appropriate action against users who violate them.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Users are expressly prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any art, content, or designs featured within our app without the explicit permission of Teach Office LLC. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights associated with the app's art, content, or designs, are owned solely by Teach Office LLC. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users acknowledge that Teach Office LLC retains full ownership and control over all aspects of its intellectual property.

Challenges and User-Generated Content

Users may create and upload challenges within our app, and by doing so, grant Teach Office LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display these challenges. Teach Office LLC retains the final authority on the usage, moderation, and removal of challenges. Once a challenge is taken by another user, the original creator cannot unilaterally remove or alter the challenge. Teach Office LLC reserves the right to moderate or eliminate challenges to ensure compliance with our terms of service. Users acknowledge that Teach Office LLC has the ultimate discretion in managing and enforcing guidelines related to challenges and user-generated content.

Definition of Challenges

For the purposes of this agreement, a 'challenge' is defined as user-uploaded content within our app that invites another user to engage in a specific activity, task, or experience. Challenges may include, but are not limited to, prompts, dares, or requests for user participation. The essence of a challenge lies in its interactive nature, where one user creates content for another user to undertake or complete. Users acknowledge and agree to this definition when participating in, creating, or uploading challenges within the app.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
